My final day in California, was at Bristol Farms in Westchester, Los Angeles and here Long Clawson’s Mammoth
100lb Blue Stilton and Huntsman, (the hand crafted cheese – layers of Blue Stilton and Double Gloucester) were featured.

Customers got to sample the Huntsman spread in celery, which was cut into bite size pieces( a great idea for an appetizer) – Why not try Stilton like that too!
