Hi Mary

This is the first time that I have read your news letter.
Congratulations on all your awards/achievements not that it is a surprise, having eaten and promoted your cheese I appreciate how very good it is.

Your comments on the seasons are such a wonderful reminder of my childhood on my parents farm, cows calves, hay corn, birds singing the youngsters growing stronger to face the oncoming autumn to winter period. One thing that always stays with me was the diesel fumes when filling the tracter with fuel before a days work haymaking, and the hot sun, my sister and I used to hand rake working our way around the edges drawing in the hay which escaped the turner, stack bales and later help load the trailer, but the bales were much smaller than the bales made today.

Now 30 odd years on from my days at the farm many things remain the same, but others change different breed of cows are now popular where we used to concentrate on Guernsey, Jersey, Friesian, Hereford, and Angus, and machinery thankful is much more efficent today. Lots more memouries but I expect you also remember them all well.

Adrian and I always love to see you on the Somerdale stand, and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Hi Lucia,

Sorry it has taken a while to respond, but Marian contacted
our broker in Illinois. We were told the cheese is available
at Dominick Stores.

I hope that helps!

I recently purchased a wedge of Somerdale "English Cheddar Cheese with Deli Style Carmelized Onion Marmelade" at the Village Vintner in Huntley, Ill.

As I live in Arlington Heights, Il. I'm looking for a store a little closer to me that carries this particular cheese. Can you help me. Thanks
