Where In The World Is Marian? – Nuggets Market, Davis CA

My next stop was at Nugget Markets in Davis, California, on the outskirts of Sacramento, in support of their Cheese Fair. Here the customers got to taste the newly introduced, White Stilton with Blueberries, which created a lot of interest. They also tried the Cotswold, Aged Red Leicester and Barber’s 1833 Cheddar.

Our activities took us to the warmth and sunshine of south Florida, to the Whole Foods Market in Palm Beach Gardens.

We worked with some great staff here, including Luis, Sean and  Maria-Rose and their customers loved the cheese that we featured,

- Red Dragon

Wonderful Cheddars made in the Barbers Dairy. Less than five miles from the town of Cheddar, whence this cheese was born. These cheeses have a PDO, which means they are protected under their origin. All Barber Cheddars are made from milk in Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.
