Here in central Florida is CLERMONT, known as ‘The Gem in the Hills’ and famous for the Triathlons that regularly take place in the area.

In the old town of Clermont is ‘Cheeser’s Palace Café – Cheese & Chocolate Shop’ owned and operated by Carol Kayser and her daughter Amanda, who have over 50 years of experience in the Food Industry including Restaurants, Gourmet Stores and Catering…….and this is where I recently took part in one of their Cheese Classes, featuring:

Westminster Vintage English Cheddar – Blue Stilton – Cotswold – White Stilton with Mango & Ginger – Lemon Zest

Wensleydale with Cranberries – Red Dragon – Cahill’s Porter

Continuing our activities in Florida, we headed further south to the Whole Foods Market in Coral Gables, Miami, where we featured Barber’s 1833 Vintage Cheddar and Cotswold Cheese.

Our activities took us to the warmth and sunshine of south Florida, to the Whole Foods Market in Palm Beach Gardens.

We worked with some great staff here, including Luis, Sean and  Maria-Rose and their customers loved the cheese that we featured,

which was:

- Barber’s 1833 Vintage Cheddar
- Cotswold
- Red Dragon

I have continued my activities with Whole Foods Market……… and this time, at their Bay Hill Store, in Orlando, Florida. Here, I featured Cotswold, Red Dragon, Wensleydale with Cranberries and Barber’s 1833 Cheddar.

Marian set off on her adventures again, this time to Coral Gables in South Florida:


We were invited to work the weekend Vendor Fair at the Whole Foods Market in Coral Gables, south Florida. This was organized in conjunction with Corine Lachtara, Whole Foods Market and Evan Brown, Account Manager at Gourmet Foods International, our local Distributor.
